This course will take you through an overview of the UPU Standards S58/S59 Security Certification Process.

To create an understanding of how and why the UPU S58 and S59 security standards were developed,
provide information on the minimum physical and process security requirements to include how to create a postal security unit,
developing and implementing security awareness programs, compliance audits and the basic concepts of disaster recovery and risk management.
As well as the minimum requirements for mail screening standards, the criteria of a high risk item and alarm resolution for suspicious mail items.
The advanced Security Certification course is designed for individuals engaged in Postal Security and Disaster Risk Management as well as for individuals assigned to prepare the critical facilities of their DO's for UPU S58.S59 Security Certification.
