Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with «Electronic Services». This course is made up of fore modules.
Its aim is to enable postal operators to launch and strengthen postal electronic services so as provide insights and strategies of the critical role of the information and communication technologies in the postal industry.

Postal Managers responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining E-services.
