Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees, in Human resources field, several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with Human Resources Management . This course is made up of ten modules.
Its aim is to strengthen the performance of Human Resource Managers and Training Managers in the following areas :
  1- The management of human resources
  2- The management of workforce development and training
