Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with Cost Accounting . This course is made up of eight modules.
General Aim:
To equip Postal Financial Managers and staff with the necessary knowledge, skills and best pratices :
  1- to develop and implement Cost Accounting cost models
  2- to implement Activity Based Costing systems to provide data for the Cost Models
Target population:
Managers and staff who are responsible for developing a model for implementation of Cost Accounting in the National Posts.
Entry Requirements:
  1- Managers and staff who are responsible for developing a model for implementation of Cost Accounting in the National Posts.
  2- Working skills in Microsoft Excel
